Pricing
Prices are based on a standard price based in Australian Dollars from HTE Australia. However prices can fluctuate slightly beyond our control due to changes in daily exchange rate and credit companies may also add a small charge. However we do endeavor to keep prices accurate and fluctuations to a minimum. Customers need to please be aware of any customs tax/VAT that may apply to your order unless you qualify for exemption due to a medical condition. This varies in each country according to their customs law. Please contact us for further advice.

Product Guarantees
Our guarantee and warranties exclude defects caused by misuse or damage after receipt.
Three Year Product Warranty - We provide three year product warranty for the Sun Ancon Chi Machine and FIR Hothouse. This is a free service and maintenance of a mechanical product which includes one-way freight only.
Two-week Money Back Guarantee - If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return or exchange the product in original condition within 14 days of receipt of goods. We reserve the right to accept or reject a refund application. Refunds excludes freight and handling charges.

Delivery
All orders are shipped direct from Australia. and delivered using UPS Express. Delivery is 3-5 working days worldwide and all orders are fully tracked and monitored to the delivery address. This delivery service operates consistently throughout the year, although some public holidays may affect this and if so you will be informed.
